What are these Reward Points all about?

This is something we hope to get set up soon and will be a little treat for you vintage fans, so watch this space.

How long does your stock stay on your site?

As you might have guessed, we can't just buy stock for one season or hope that the fur coat will still be there in October, we buy it as we can get it. We also don't just stock our site by the time of year we are in as we beleive vintage is seasonless and when you fall in love with it, you want it even if its a swim suit at Christmas. But we also don't want you to get bored of our site so we have a nifty little rule for our bits. The stock stays on the site for 6 months (give or a take a few depending on the season) and if no one has fallen in love with it by then, it goes on our eBay or we sell on sale at our fairs, simples.

I want to buy a gift card for your site, how does it work?

Well it's nice and easy. Along the top of the website is a tab for Gifts, click there and pick the voucher with the amount you would like to spend. Next you pick how you would like it sent, we can post it to you or your giftee free of charge or you can have it emailed. You need to choose this in the comment section on the order form as our site isn't snazzy enough to do it automatically yet. And ta da, your card has been sent.

What are the terms and conditions of your gift cards?

Our gift cards can be redeem on our website or at our stall at fairs. They may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the card on the payment of the difference. The gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash unless the value is under £5. Gift cards are non returnable or refundable. We do not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards. What's your tale, Nightingale? reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal right.
